We ship worldwide. Every piece is prepared and checked before it leaves us, and we send you the tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

These are total times, from the moment you place your order: they include order preparation (2 to 5 business days) and transit.

• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 10 to 16 business days
• European Union: 8 to 14 business days
• America, Asia, and the rest of the world: 12 to 20 business days

These are estimates. During peak seasons (Christmas, sales) they may be extended by a few days.

The exact cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment, according to your address. There are never any surprises afterward.

Tracking

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships. All our shipments are fully tracked to your door. If more than 5 business days pass and it still hasn't moved, please write to us and we will look into it.

Customs and taxes (orders outside the European Union)

If your address is outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees from the destination country. These amounts are not included in the price or shipping, and are paid by the recipient upon delivery. Each country has its own rules: we recommend checking them before purchasing.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address before confirming. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can resend it upon payment of new shipping costs.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives broken or does not arrive, please write to us at info@algarastudio.com. We will replace it or refund your money. No arguments.

You have 30 calendar days to exchange or return your order, wherever you live. If the piece arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.

We want you to keep your jewelry because you love it, not because you can't return it. That's why you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exchange or return it, no matter where you live.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
• We need your order number (found in your confirmation email).
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or custom-engraved or personalized items.

How to do it

1. Write to us via the Contact page with your order number and which item you wish to return or exchange.
2. We will reply within 48 business hours with the address and instructions.
3. You send us the package, preferably with tracking.

Who pays for return shipping?

The return shipping is at your expense, unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. In that case, we will pay for it and also cover the re-shipment.

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email and refund the amount to the same payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days. Your bank may take a few more days to reflect it.

Exchanges

If you prefer another item, please let us know when you contact us. We will send you the new item with no additional shipping cost as soon as we receive the return.

If you purchase from the European Union

Additionally, the law grants you a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal without needing to provide explanations. Our 30 days extend this period, never replace it.

If you are returning from outside the European Union

Mark the package as "Returned goods" on the customs documentation. We cannot be held responsible for tariffs generated by an incorrectly declared return.

Stainless steel with 18k gold plating, water-resistant: it won't rust or leave marks on your skin. Keep your pieces dry and away from perfumes and creams.

To make your Algara last a long time: avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, and creams, and store it in a dry place when not wearing it.

Clean your pieces occasionally with a soft, dry cloth to maintain their shine.
