TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms govern the purchase of products from this online store, owned by Alejandra González Arocas, with registered address at Calle Canela 3, Tres Cantos, Spain (hereinafter, "Algara"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. PRODUCTS
We sell jewellery: silk ribbon bracelets, charms, rings, necklaces and bracelets. We describe every piece as accurately as possible and state what it is made of. Photographs are for guidance only: colour may vary slightly depending on your screen and, in the case of the silk ribbons, each piece is unique and may show small variations in shade and drape.

2. PRICES AND CURRENCY
All prices are shown in euros and include the taxes applicable in Spain. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete payment. Orders placed from outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes that are not included in the price. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price that applies is always the one in force at the moment the order is placed.

3. ORDER PROCESS
Select your pieces, add them to the basket and complete the checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. That email confirms receipt, not acceptance: the contract is formed when the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund it in full if we detect an obvious pricing error, lack of stock or signs of fraud.

4. PAYMENT
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed through secure gateways; Algara never stores your card details.

5. SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Delivery times, costs and conditions are set out in our shipping policy.

6. WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to exchange or return your order, in addition to any statutory rights you have under the law of your country of residence. See the full conditions in our return policy.

7. WARRANTY
Consumers resident in the European Union have a three-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or by contact with chemicals, perfumes or creams.

8. REVIEWS
Every review published on this website comes from someone who has bought the product. We do not publish, buy or incentivise fake reviews.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of this website (text, photographs, designs, logos and trade marks) is protected and may not be reproduced without express authorisation.

10. DATA PROTECTION
We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). See our privacy policy for the details.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLAINTS
These terms are governed by Spanish law. You may send any complaint to info@algarastudio.com and we will reply within a maximum of 30 days. If you are buying from within the European Union, you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
