EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We want you to keep your jewellery because you love it, not because you can't send it back. That's why we accept exchanges and returns for 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order, in every country we ship to.

CONDITIONS
The piece must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We need your order number, which you'll find in your confirmation email. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of earrings or of engraved or made-to-order personalised pieces.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Write to us at info@algarastudio.com with your order number and which piece you want to return or exchange.
2. We reply within a maximum of 48 business hours with the return address and the steps to follow.
3. You send us the parcel. We recommend a tracked service: until it reaches us, the parcel is your responsibility.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the piece arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered. In those cases we pay for it and we also cover sending the replacement.

REFUNDS
Once we have received and checked the piece, we confirm the return by email and issue the refund to the same payment method you used, within a maximum of 14 calendar days. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account. We refund the price of the product and, if you return the whole order, the original standard shipping cost as well.

EXCHANGES
If you would rather exchange your piece for another one, tell us when you write. We process the exchange as soon as we receive the return and send you the new piece at no extra shipping cost.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PIECES
Please check your order when it arrives. If something arrives broken, faulty or is not what you ordered, write to us within the first 14 days with a photo and we'll sort it out: we'll replace the piece or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION)
If you buy from within the European Union, the law gives you a 14 calendar day right of withdrawal from the moment you receive your order, without having to give a reason. Our 30-day policy voluntarily extends that period and in no case replaces or limits it. To exercise it, simply let us know by email before those 14 days are up.

ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
If you are returning an order from outside the EU, clearly mark the parcel as "Returned goods" on the customs paperwork. We cannot take responsibility for duties or import taxes caused by an incorrectly declared return.
