Terms and Conditions of Sale

These conditions govern the purchase of products from this online store, owned by [FULL NAME OR COMPANY NAME], with tax ID [TAX ID] and address at [FULL LEGAL ADDRESS], Spain (hereinafter, "Algara"). By placing an order, you accept these conditions.

1. Products

We sell jewelry: silk ribbon bracelets, charms, rings, necklaces, and bracelets. We describe each piece as accurately as possible and indicate its material. Photographs are for guidance only: colors may vary slightly depending on the screen, and in the case of silk ribbons, each piece is unique and may have slight variations in tone and drape.

2. Prices and Currency

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes in Spain. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. For orders outside the European Union, import duties and taxes not included in the price may apply (see Shipping and Delivery).

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price will always be the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

3. Purchase Process

Select your items, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email with the order details. This email confirms receipt, not acceptance: the contract is finalized when the order is shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if we detect an obvious pricing error, lack of stock, or indications of fraud.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. Processing is done through secure gateways; Algara does not store your card data at any time.

5. Shipping

6. Withdrawal, Exchanges, and Returns

You have 30 calendar days to exchange or return your order, and you have the legal rights that correspond to your country of residence. Consult the full conditions in Exchanges and Returns.

7. Warranty

Consumers residing in the European Union have a legal conformity guarantee of 3 years from delivery, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from use, nor damage caused by improper use or contact with chemicals, perfumes, or creams (see Jewelry Care).

8. Reviews

All reviews published on this website come from people who have purchased the product. We do not publish, buy, or incentivize fake reviews.

9. Intellectual Property

The content of this website (texts, photographs, designs, logos, and trademarks) is protected and cannot be reproduced without express authorization.

10. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD. Consult our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Applicable Law and Claims

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. You can address any claim to info@algarastudio.com and we will respond within a maximum of 30 days. If you purchase from the European Union, you can also go to the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
