SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide. We carefully prepare every order within 1 to 3 business days and send you the tracking number as soon as it leaves.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Mainland Spain: 7 to 12 business days.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 10 to 15 business days.
Rest of Europe: 8 to 15 business days.
The Americas, Asia and the rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days.

These are estimated times from dispatch, not from purchase. During busy periods they may take a few days longer.

SHIPPING COSTS
Spain and Europe: free shipping on orders over €40. Below that amount, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Rest of the world: the cost is calculated automatically at checkout before you pay.

TRACKING
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If more than 5 business days go by and it still hasn't moved, write to us and we'll look into it.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES (ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION)
If your address is outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or handling fees in the destination country. These amounts are not included in the product price or the shipping cost, and are paid by the recipient on delivery. Every country has its own rules: we recommend checking them before you buy.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we can send it again once the shipping cost is paid.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives broken or never arrives, write to us at info@algarastudio.com. We will replace it or refund your money.
